Common will probably marry when he has his first white woman relationship. I’ve never known him to date white but I think that’s what will happen. He’s probably afraid of not being seen as pro black but deep down may be yearning for white. Also, you’re right, he did say some time ago he was not over Erykah Badu so that could be an issue too. What you did to Common Erykah 😮
I don’t agree. I think Common has unresolved issues in his early years he needs to deal with. Either that or he thinks he’s too good to commit to one person long-term 🤷
Briana, I think he was with a white woman for a short period of time, but the issue is bigger than black and white, he may have childhood abandonment issues as well as other issues such as what occur with him and Erykah Badu, and as a result he does the dumping first before being dumped. Yes girl, Erykah Badu dumped him over the phone 😲 She told Charlamagne Common was awesome all the way round but the Chemistry was off. So this may still be bothering him as well.
I kinda knew it wasn’t gon’ work and it’s not you Tiffany girl, it’s him! Common has some deep issues that need professional attention, and until he gets them fixed, he’s not gon’ be having any long, lasting, serious relationship. Period! So ladies beware! If you just wanna play around, then go right on ahead and date Common, cause that’s all your relationship with him is going to be – “dates”.
