We cannot forget back in 2009 when Shereé Whitfield of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, held a fashion show but lacked fashion. Oh My Gawwwsh! It was the talk of the town for days. But after 14 years, countless jokes and memes, and lots of shade from multiple RHOA co-stars, Shereé Whitfield officially launched her athleisure clothing brand SHE by Sheree on Sunday, September 4, 2022 with a fashion show showing off some of her clothing pieces.
However, when fans and anxious prospective customers hopped on over to her website to browse her long awaited collection, there was nothing to shop for. The website was down, and everyone who visited was greeted with a message:
“Dear Fans, due to the overwhelming interest in She by Shereé the influx of love is crashing the website‼️ But please understand its being worked on so continue to check back in within the next 24 hours. We are working to get this quickly resolved. We wish to serve you soon. Thank you for your interest. Thanks to the customers whom we were able to serve so far tonight.”
The website stayed down for another couple days but as the message indicated, some customers were able to get their orders through before the site went down 😉 and it was some of those customers – fans speculated – who were saying how disappointed they were in the clothing pieces because they seemed to be knockoffs of the clothing brand Shein 😲 I digress!
And of course Kandi was one of her biggest shader “applauding” Shereé for having the “‘biggest brand out of this group‘ that’s not actually a brand” 😂 but being the savvy business woman Kandi is, she also gave Shereé some solid advice, “It makes no sense that people can’t buy it yet, even if you just did a small line, I think it would be sold out in no time. And you could use that money to help invest in hiring more people to take it to the next level.”
I believe that advice from Kandi was a huge part of the reason Shereé hurriedly launched her brand – officially, even though she was ill-prepared. Don’t you?
Anyway, Kenya also chimed in after all the shading she had done – which is in large part because she was shocked at Shereé’s ability to pull off her Chateau Shereé she was building for years,“I’m hoping she pulls off SHE by Shereé the same way she pulled off Chateau Shereé.”
And, well, Shereé delivered in that she finally officially launched her brand and working at improving it. Not quite the Chateau Shereé style launch but customers can now get a taste of SHE by Shereé instead of just hearing the name being talked about, right?.

Listen here, I love love love to see women thrive – especially Black women who most times are left to raise children alone and many times barred from opportunities that other people are welcomed to, and yes I applaud Shereé for being so resilient, confident, and steadfast in following through with her goals and dreams – in the face of all the criticisms and naysayers shouting her down, but the one thing I have negative to say is that she gotta learn how to lie if she’s going to lie. Whenever Shereé lies, the truth is always in plain sight letting us know she’s lying.
And maybe this latest lie about her site crashing due to a multitude of people coming on at once is a great business move – because she wasn’t prepared and it would not be a good look to tell prospective customers that SHE by Shereé really wasn’t ready for launch 🤷🏾♀️
Ok Shereé girl, brag on!!! Some may say you should have been better prepared in anticipating a huge onslaught of prospects on your site the minute it launched and that’s true, but I’m with you in not sharing the real reason your website was down cause we both know it would not have been as good as creating the hype that thousands if not millions of shoppers came to buy your stuff. Safer way to go 👍🏾 and more rewarding.

Chateau Shereé, I have nothing but love, respect, props for her. She’s a walking living testimony of how to remain steadfast and focused in spite of what critics and haters say or do.Kandi’s face said it all LOL! Of course you’re the only one whose website crashed upon launch Shereé 🤣 because you’re always the least prepared 😳 and I have to give her props for coming through in the end but a little preparation would definitely help her achieve her goals faster and will less last-minute hassles. Just a tad better prep!
I actually like the quality of her Rhonda and Trina 2 piece sets and even her leggings. They may look cheap as some people are saying but the quality is top notch, and they fit well too. Will definitely be buying more as she reinvent and restock.
And as they say, “it’s not how you start it’s how you finish”. Go Shereé 🤩
