NeNe Leakes is being dragged into court by her new boo’s wife for allegedly sleeping with her husband and causing her marriage to collapse according to new legal documents obtained by TMZ.
Malomine (Kweeta) Tehmeh-Sioh claims in the lawsuit that NeNe and her husband Nyonisela Sioh hooked up while he was still married to her.
Malomine says NeNe posted picture after picture of her and her new man humiliating her and cratering her relationship with her husband. She claims she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection.
Yes, there’s such a thing!!!
Most States have disallowed such lawsuits because it’s really just the game of love, but North Carolina is one of 7 States where a person can sue a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection.
Malomine is suing for over $100K.
But it’s looking like the former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast mate – NeNe Leakes, has put her foot in her mouth where the basis of this lawsuit is concerned. In 2009, she told castmate Kim Kolciak to “close her legs to married men” and now she NeNe is the one who allegedly needed to close her legs to this married man.
Although, it seems Malomine and her husband are now divorced, they were allegedly still married and very much in a functional relationship when NeNe started seeing him and flaunting him on her social pages.
So Malomine does have a case, and we’ll just have to stay tuned to see how it all turns out.

$100k is nothing for NeNe I hope 🤔 Heard she was having money issue, Gregg Insurance must have been not enough. Anyway, if I was the judge I would toss this case because if anyone should be getting sued is her husband. She should take it up with him, not NeNe. NeNe didn’t force him to come with her, he did it all on his own.
I agree with you 💯%. Why didn’t she include all that in their divorce settlement? He broke? Can’t wait to see the outcome of this case.
Whether or not a woman can “steal” a man is another story, but NeNe definitely entertained this man knowing he was someone else’s husband. And I’m hearing that it’s not the first time NeNe has done this, according to her late husband Gregg – who died not so long ago from cancer – his daughter is exposing NeNe for “stealing” him from her mom too. So this is a trend with NeNe and sadly a lot more women, who couldn’t care less who they hurt in the process.
You know sometimes relationships including marriages just ran their course and find themselves at a dead end. This obviously was one such marriage! I’ve had friends fall in love with married men who continuously tell them they will be leaving their wives for them, and it never happened. And so my point is, a woman cannot make a man divorce his wife if that man does not want to. It will never happen! So I think this woman should direct whatever anger she has at her husband, and leave NeNe out of it 😒
NeNe has always been unapologetic about anything she’s accused of doing and it’s unfortunate that as a woman she can’t understand the pain she is causing another woman by getting involved with their husband – regardless if they’re both in a good space or not. There’s no room to work out their differences if another woman is injected in the mix. So yes, NeNe didn’t steal her husband but she sure did entertain and welcome him over.
Look at her how condescending she is! Now she’s living the same shit she advised against – not once, but twice and making a video to make light of what she’s done. Horrible person she is!!!

I once had a friend who was just like NeNe, gave all the best advice but never utilise any in her own life. I lived to see that woman suffer the biggest downfall after she messed with the wrong woman which she could have avoided had she taken her own advice. Know what that advice was? Don’t entertain married men. Cause you know a lot of married men are always on the prowl for younger women. Well, the wife used him – unbeknownst to him – to set a trap for her and she walked right into it and BAM she was dead. Just like that! Wasn’t worth it.
