It’s true!!! Jeezy is divorcing Jeannie Mai citing “irretrievably broken” marriage. He filed paperwork in Atlanta this past Thursday, September 14th 2023 after posting this status the day before:
Too focused on who I’m becoming to focus on who is not coming with me.
According to Jeezy, he and Jeannie have been separated for a while, and so why not go ahead get the divorce and close out this chapter.
I didn’t see this coming…at least not so fast.
Looks like Jeezy finally realize him being her main man will not stop her from seeing him as a piece of dark meat that is not marriage worthy, but worthy enough to give her her blasian baby she has been dreaming of for so very long.
If you recall, she said she didn’t want to have a baby by her previous white husband – even though white was her man of choice she didn’t respect him, but after meeting Jeezy she thought he was her equal and worthy to have a child with.
They have a beautiful daughter together – Monaco Mai Jenkins who is now 20 months old.

The way they rush into that marriage and publicize all their antics how much they in love and how submissive Jeannie Mai is and respectful of Jeezy blah blah blah, you would think they would last forever or at least the average 7 year marriage range. I wonder what was the final straw that lead Jeezy to take such a drastic step 🤔
Asian women are no joke to marry! Because of the way black men glorify and pedestalize these non-black women at the expense of black women, they are able to fool a lot of them with the submissive act and thinking they are “different” from other race women then after they get them to marry them, they pull a switcheroo. Now they find out when it’s too late that these women are 10x worse than other groups. Very controlling and unhinged!!!
Another baby mama!!! I know that’s the last thing Jeannie wanted, but didn’t she get in the relationship with Jeezy while he was engaged to his second baby mama?

See this is one of the reasons I don’t believe in “couples goals” and can never understand how people stay on the outside looking at what people post on social media and come up with the idea that they are “couples goals”. Unless it’s my partner and we are making goals together, there is no couples goals for me. People will always put their best foot forward – well, except for those tiktokers who constantly put all their business out here, and we have to take what they put out as incomplete information and not the full picture.
I hope they are able to split amicably so they can show up in the best way possible for that beautiful little girl.
I never see this coming at all. I mean Jeezy filing for divorce and after just 2 years of marriage 😏 But the idea that men who discard their race of women for other race of women appeal to these other race of women is mind-boggling to me. Now Jeannie will just have to join the line of baby mamas Jeezy is concocting, and accept the realization that she (and others who think they are better than black women) are actually not better than black women.
Look forward to hearing what they have to say as the divorce proceeding takes it’s course – will they go quietly like Meagan Good and DeVon Franklin?! Or will they make a splash like Kim and Kanye?

But fun and joke aside, I sincerely wish Jeezy withdraw his divorce filing and try and see if their marriage can work, maybe seek couples counseling or something. Unless something really terrible happened like him coming home and catching her in their matrimonial bed with another man (or woman) or he overheard her talking really bad about him, then it would be nice of them to consider their little girl and do everything in their power to give her the 2-parent, solid household that every child deserve so they can thrive. Plus, I really think Jeannie loves him, I do.
Listen, I’m not one bit surprised. Chicken coming home to roost on both sides. She knew he was engaged when she got with him and she still went with him thinking she is better because she’s not black like his baby mama he was trying to make a wife. And he, like so many other self-hating black men thought he had hit the jackpot with this woman – cause she is everything but black, left his fiancée and married her in damn near milli seconds.
He knew about her preference being white and that she only like black men on the side cause they’re not marriage worthy, before marrying her, and he still married her.
I can bet you a ton of money she either overheard him speaking badly about him or telling her mama his personal business or she cheated on him with her preference – a white man. #irretrievablybroken 🤔
Same thing I’m thinking Gabby. That irretrievably broken is very harsh and suggests there ain’t no way for them coming back from whatever it is. So one of those three things gots to be the reason, but I think we’ll hear soon enough if they go the nasty divorce route 😁
I actually like them together and was rooting for them especially after they got that sweet baby girl, but I remember Jeannie saying Jeezy checked her on her attitude and she didn’t want to lose him so she would work on herself. I don’t think she did!
She finally got a man who was her “equal” but a man who would not take her disrespect and she should be crying because this is it for her. She will not get any better than Jeezy at this stage in her life. And that’s the truth 💯
I’ve always been puzzled with this relationship. I mean, how can someone spend 10 years married to a man she does not respect and obviously does not love, then meet a new man and tada love and respect him enough to not only marry him but have a child with him which she deprived the previous husband of?! And how can a man engage a woman he already had a child with and then suddenly meet a new woman and tada he so in love called off his engagement and marry this new woman in what seems like split seconds?!
This seems like karma to me!
